Dawn Blunda, Esq.

Dawn is an attorney at Stobie Family Law Group, where she brings both her legal experience and social work background to her practice. She is dedicated to guiding clients through sensitive family law issues with compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.

Dawn attended East Central College, earning a degree in elementary education before pursuing her passion for advocacy and social services. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Kansas, and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Dawn began her legal career serving the State of Missouri in the Children’s Division, where she gained extensive experience in child welfare law. Since 2018, she has managed a unit of trial lawyers for the Division, overseeing cases that included juvenile court matters, contested guardianships, orders of protection, and termination of parental rights. Her work has given her a deep understanding of the legal and emotional complexities families face during some of their most difficult times.
